Baby Yoga โ 3 Weeks of Fun, Movement & Connection Join us for a joyful three-week Baby Yoga experience filled with gentle stretches, playful movements, and plenty of smiles. Each session includes a variety of baby yoga poses designed to support your little oneโs natural development while creating special bonding time between you and your baby. Through guided movements, songs, and interaction, baby yoga can help to: Support digestion and ease wind, colic, and constipation Encourage better sleep Promote physical development, coordination, and body awareness Strengthen the bond between parent and baby Boost confidence for both you and your little one We also include carefully designed postnatal yoga movements for parents to help ease common postnatal aches and pains, particularly in the back, shoulders, neck, and hips. These gentle exercises focus on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and giving you time to reconnect with your body after birth. Led by a qualified postnatal yoga teacher, this welcoming and supportive class offers a relaxed space to move, breathe, and share a few laughs with other parents. Come along for three weeks of fun, connection, and feel-good movement for both you and your baby. ๐
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a class or course if you give 28 days notice a by emailing Calm Babies on the following email address. Which will then grant you a full refund. No refund will be given if the cancellation is outside these terms. However I will do my best to accommodate and offer other dates. No refund can be given on missed classes for holidays or sickness.
