Service Description
Mum & Baby Fitness Class – Where Movement Meets Connection Our Mum & Baby Fitness Class is designed to help you rebuild strength, boost energy, and feel amazing in your postnatal body—all while keeping your little one close. This class blends gentle, effective exercises with a relaxed, supportive atmosphere so you can work out confidently, even with your baby by your side. Each week of the 4-week program focuses on a different area of the bod legs, core, arms, and cardio, so you can gradually strengthen and rebalance your body in a safe, structured way. Benefits for Mum: Rebuild core and pelvic-floor strength safely Improve posture and mobility after pregnancy Increase energy levels and overall wellbeing Connect with other mums who “get it” Enjoy a structured workout without needing childcare And it’s truly a 2-for-1 experience! After the fitness portion, we open the space for social time. Babies enjoy some free play while mums chat, unwind, and build friendships. It’s the perfect blend of fitness, bonding, and community support. Join us for movement, laughter, and a little bit of “me time”—with baby included every step of the way.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a class or course if you give 28 days notice a by emailing Calm Babies on the following email address. Which will then grant you a full refund. No refund will be given if the cancellation is outside these terms. However I will do my best to accommodate and offer other dates. No refund can be given on missed classes for holidays or sickness.
