A gentle sessions for all you post natal mama’s. Restorative yoga poses nothings to strenuous. Moves to aid: Balance Mobility Back Pain Pre Natal yoga and exercise can be helpful while getting through the newborn stage. It can increase your mood and energy and help you slowly reconnect with your body. Practicing yoga after childbirth has been shown to alleviate symptoms of postpartum depression, which can occur after giving birth. Suitable from 12 weeks postpartum. Includes a 20 min Stay and Ply for the little ones, and so you can chill after too.
You may cancel a class or course if you give 28 days notice a by emailing Calm Babies on the following email address. Which will then grant you a full refund. No refund will be given if the cancellation is outside these terms. However I will do my best to accommodate and offer other dates. No refund can be given on missed classes for holidays or sickness.
