Baby Development Classes
Baby massage is when a parent or primary carer lovingly strokes or holds their baby.
Using a high quality non-fragranced vegetable oil, soothing holds and rhythmic strokes are given on each area of baby's body, following a sequence that has been developed over many years.
The massage offers a wonderful experience and a special time to communicate both verbally and non-verbally with babies, so that they feel loved, valued and respected.
Baby yoga is not “yoga” in the traditional sense.Baby yoga is the use of various poses and positions to promote baby’s general health and wellbeing.The postures and positions used help to provide flexibility, beneficial stretching, improve muscle tone and co ordination. Postures can also help to promote postural control and body awareness.

Yoga in pregnancy is a great way to stay active and is healthy for you and your baby. Yoga classes in pregnancy use relaxation and breathing techniques with postures that are adapted for pregnancy. Yoga has been shown to reduce anxiety and to help women stay calm in pregnancy and labour. It can also improve your sleep
Pre Natal yoga and exercise can be helpful while getting through the newborn stage. It can increase your mood and energy and help you slowly reconnect with your body. Practicing yoga after childbirth has been shown to alleviate symptoms of postpartum depression, which can occur after the birth of your baby.
